Anchor Hotel Fukuyama ligt in Fukuyama, op 5 minuten lopen van Fukuyama Castle Museum, en heeft een tuin, een terras en een bar. Alles voelde nog nieuw aan. De stijl en het interieur was ook erg mooi! Schoon, oplader bij het bed aanwezig, koffie en je kon ook gratis water tappen in een kan en meenemen naar je kamer. Het cafe had ook een ontbijt in de ochtend beschikbaar en in de avond lekkere drankjes. Locatie was dicht bij het station en restaurants.

Hiroshima Airport Hotel ligt op slechts 5 minuten lopen van de luchthaven van Hiroshima en biedt comfortabele kamers met WiFi en 2 restaurants. De kamer mooien groot en schoon, het personeel is aardig, dichtbij het vliegveld Het ontbijt gevarieerd

Het Miyajima Seaside Hotel ligt op slechts 5 minuten rijden met de gratis pendeldienst van de veerhaven van Miyajima. De accommodatie biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. This was easily one of the best - if not the best - hotel experience I have ever had in my life! The staff was super friendly, took care of our baggage while we went sightseeing (they even offered us umbrellas!) and then came to get us in the evening to bring us to the hotel. The included dinner and breakfast were amazing, it really was a luxurious experience! The onsen accepted tatoos so another plus. The seaside view was beautiful even if the weather was not ideal.

Jukeiso features Japanese-style rooms overlooking the majestic entrance gate (Torii) of Itsukushima-jinja Shrine, only a 5-minute walk from the Unesco World Heritage Site itself. Jukeiso and his stuff is perfect in every way. I felt more than welcomed and more than special. Stuff is so nice, so kind and dinner and breakfast … God bless all these hands which prepared this food. Itadakimasu.

Just a 7-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Combining modern design with a homely decor, Kikunoya Hotel offers both Western and Japanese-style rooms. I had a wonderful time at Kikunoya. The bath was great and the dinner was amazing. Special thanks to Azusa Yamamoto for being so attentive and helpful.

Suminoe Ryokan bevindt zich in Onomichi, op 25 km van Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine en 28 km van Saikon-ji Temple, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. Old traditional Inn with a beautiful garden in the courtyard and views of the waterfront. Lots of common areas space. Our room had a garden view, was spacious, futons and pillows very comfortable. There is a good size fridge, a toilet, and a convenient sink for wash up and set all toiletries. Everything works well, wifi etc…onsen was very nice as well. The whole place is very clean and quiet, Breakfast and dinner are served in a room and you can enjoy the view of the garden if you leave the doors open, the food was very good, traditional Japanese. Fantastic location, basically across the street from the ferry we took for Onomichi. And by the bike path. The Main Street starts around the corner. All the staff is wonderful. The hostesses are incredibly kind, fun and caring, they will assist you with anything. They picked us up at the Setoda bus station, we were grateful. You can rent a bike nearby. Also I forgot my iPad on the JR train, they took the matter in their hands and I got it the next day!! We spent 3 nights and it was great. We will definitely come back if in the area again.

Miyajima Hotel New Kotobuki is centraal gelegen in Nakanocho op het eiland Miyajima, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van de veerhaven Miyajima. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, with great suggestions for dinner and tourism!

Abuto Honkan bevindt zich in Fukuyama, op 2 minuten lopen van Bandai-ji Temple Kannondo, en biedt accommodatie met een terras, gratis privéparkeren en een restaurant. Small ryokan but BIG on warm hospitality from arrival till check out. When we couldn’t find any eating places open, we asked at last minute if we could still get dinner from them. Not only did they acceded to our request, they whipped up a very sumptuous meal within a short time. The meal was so value for money

Green Spa Tsutsuga bevindt zich in Akiota, op 49 km van Vredespark van Hiroshima, en biedt accommodatie met een terras, gratis privéparkeren, een restaurant en skiën tot aan de deur. A wonderful Japanese hotel - the onsen looks out over the countryside, the meals were superb, using fresh seafood and varied tastes, and the proximity to Sandankyo made for excellent exploring options.
