The security guard was especially helpful, friendly, and spoke English. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk didn’t speak English, but she was still very kind and welcoming. Overall, a great stay.

Excellent location, room was great, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We appreciated an early check in without any extra fees after arriving on a night bus. We also appreciated them storing our luggage and letting us hang out in their lobby area after checkout until our departing night bus.
