Realmente me sorprendió es más bonito y cómodo de lo que se ve en las fotos, muy buena ubicación ya que alrededor encuentras de todo, no nos presionaron para el chekout, nos dejaron usar la alberca hasta las 9pm, el área de alberca es muy bonita y la profundidad es perfecta para mis niños.

It was like having an apartment away from home. Very good area to go out and have a walk. Close by to very nice restaurants and 2 blocks away from the beach front. Bathroom and shower are more updated than others we've stayed at. Room was spacious and great lighting. Beds where not too hard or soft and you definitely didn't feel the springs underneath. Check in was great... but you do have to be in contact because it is not self check in. Parking is not free and you do need to call ahead to verify how and where you can park. They do have the courtesy to have basic toiletries available. All in all it's a great place.

Our suite was absolutely wonderful! It was roomy, comfortable and very well equipped! We were very pleased with everything about the hotel, from the valet parking to the entire staff. We definitely recommend Hotel Poza Rica Centro and absolutely hope to return soon!
