The staff was brilliant, the breakfast was great and they had gluten free options made for us. Their pancakes were great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft and not causing any neck issues. There is a tram / bus stop close to the hotel which takes you into the centre, a short walk to different stop you can take the tram to Belem towers.

Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and yet there was still a lovely girl on reception there and welcomed us at11.15 at night .. it was my husband 's birthday.. there was a bottle of chilled bubbles and cake in our room on arrival. So kind. Thank you, Ismael.. throughout the weekend, thd staff were fabulous...we would come back and definitely recommend this hotel

Das Casa de São Mamede ist ein kleines Hotel in einem renovierten Gebäude des 17. Jahrhunderts. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Lissabon. The reception staff is great. Friendly, courteous, polite and willing to help. They made sure to help me with everything: information, room services, amenities. And always with a smile on the face. The location is great. The hotel decoration is unique, the breakfast room is an experience itself. The room was very good, clean, spacious, beautiful and with a comfy bed. They changed and cleaned the room daily, with several new towels every day (not just one or two).

Die Unterkunft Monte Belvedere by Shiadu begrüßt Sie im Herzen von Lissabon. Freuen Sie sich auf klimatisierte Zimmer. Einige davon bieten Flussblick. Great place, great staff, great location. Rooms were a little small (nowhere really to easily put stuff for a couple travelling) but very clean and comfortable. Overall I would recommend this place:)

The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was really good, with big variety of foods. The metro stop is right next to the hotel and there is a big shopping mall nearby. Surrounding area in nice and peaceful. We were satisfied with our stay.

It is not a noisy street, but still in the middle of everything. Breakfast was very good, and all the staff is very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back.
