The location in a quiet, elegant villa district, right next to several embassies, felt very safe and pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh products and a nice variety of options. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, which made our short stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended – we’re already looking forward to returning!

Clean, great location.. Staff was absolutely lovely! Extremely serviceable with any concerns or needs. Free Breakfast was great. Hotel acknowledged my birthday and gifted me a bottle of champagne and small gift.. very thoughtful ABSOLUTELY A GREAT DEAL!!

Surprising price/quality ratio, which included a top-notch breakfast with a breathtaking view of the river and southern part of Lisbon. Staff was extra friendly as well.

These trendy rooms in the centre of Lisbon include hi-tech work stations with iMac computers. All are individually decorated, including coffee station and flat-screen TVs. Wi-Fi is free of charge. Staff were incredible. Location was very good and room was so spacious and clean.

The Location ist very good and the Hotel ist very cosy. It is equipped with beautiful furniture and the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. In addition, the cleanliness is tip-top and the breakfast is excellent ! On top of that, the staff is very friendly and very helpfull. We can strongly recommend the Hotel Alegría.
