I had a problem because I booked the wrong hotel. At first they didn’t want to reimbruse me because I booked over booking.con and I booked a non refundable rate. Even though I admitted the mistake the same day. Eventualy we came to an agrement to stay only 2 days and I was happy they met me half way. The lady called Maria was really heldul and full of understanding. Actually I must comend the whole staff because they made my stay really pleasant.
