Happy to have coffee at our disposal in the morning. Safe parking space available - after several Uber trips to and from the airport, we decided to rent a car.

The flat was very clean, comfortable and spacious on the ground floor with a small yard. The staff was friendly and super helpful. It is situated in a green and quiet area of Bucharest, yet public transport is a 3 mins walk.

Anvers Apartament is set in the Sector 1 district of Bucharest, 7.9 km from Herastrau Park, 8.2 km from Ceausescu Mansion and 8.2 km from Dimitrie Gusti National Village Museum. We really liked the apartment. The three air conditioners, cleanliness, well-functioning kitchen appliances, and balcony were a big plus. The neighbors are quiet. I’d also like to highlight the location: the zoo and park are just 3–5 minutes away, perfect for walks and runs. Within a 30-minute walk you can reach a large shopping mall, and about halfway there you’ll pass the U.S. Embassy. A taxi ride back home from the mall with shopping bags costs only 15–20 lei (via the Bolt app). The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The linens and towels were perfectly clean. The courtyard is gated, though small, which is convenient if you’re traveling with young children. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Gil is very professional and very passionate about everything, the service value is really high. Mona, the restaurant server, is very sweet and is paying attention to all the details, nothing to miss from your restaurant table. Very good vibe and a very good trip. Thank you Gil, thank you Mona.

Offering shuttle service from the Otopeni and Aurel Vlaicu (Baneasa) international airports, Hotel La Gil in Bucharest features free WiFi in all areas and a restaurant with a bar. Very nice services and friendly staff, parking was also nice to have. Breakfast was good too and location wise is pretty well located in the north part of the city. Had a great experience at Hotel la Gil.
