The pod was clean, well insulated and warm for four of us. Showers/toilets were clean and close enough to the pods. There was drinking water close by; we took our own kettle for a morning cuppa :). Staff were friendly - the Park Stars were superb with the kids (well done, Lou and Raven!). Swimming pool was clean, nice to swim in and plenty warm, with a great steam room too.
