Love how we can cook here, complete cooking utensils and toiletries. Looks small but has cabinets where you can put your luggages. Airconditioning is good it's so cold, especially we booked it during summer. Location is near convenience store and supermarket. Also, place is quiet, which I love! Also near matsuya, coco ichibanya and many more. Near the mita line train station.

Very cute overall. Nice, quiet neighbourhood and really close to a 24/7 coin laundry, not far from a 7-11. Comfortable for 1 person. Definitely a bit old but has great character and an overall cozy feel! Definitely a very memorable place.

We stayed four nights as a family of three. The place was clean and in a quiet residential area. Although the host did not speak Japanese or English, they were very friendly and tried their best to communicate using gestures. It felt like a real local experience rather than a tourist stay. Overall, a very good stay.
