ここはホテルではなく1Kフラットなので、予約の際はその点を考慮してください。 個人的な滞在体験は素晴らしく、長期滞在にここを選んで本当に良かったと思っています。 オーナーは素晴らしい方で、私のどんな質問にもいつも答えてくださり、説明してくださり、何でも助けてくださいました。 親切で、忠実で、特別なサービスを本当にありがとうございました。
フラットが2階にあり、階段が急で狭かったので、年配の方には向かないかもしれません。 また、フラットの上階に布団があるため、毎回はしごで昇り降りする必要があります。 その点はご注意ください。
バスタブ、ヘアードライヤー、簡易キッチン、小型冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、テレビ、エアコン、ポータブルヒーター、バルコニー、布団、洗濯機。 また、オーナーは、バス用品、化粧品、台所用品、洗剤、洗濯用品に至るまで、必要なものをすべて用意してくれる。
確かに、何人かのコメントにもあるように、バスルームは狭くて小さいですが、171cmの私には十分でしたし、3週間以上の滞在ですっかり慣れました。
さらに、2つの窓とバルコニーがあり、フラット内はとても明るく照らされています。
私の個人的なリクエストに応えて、オーナーは大きな携帯用の鏡と、すべての洋服用のたくさんのハンガーがついたキャスター付きの携帯用ハンガーまで用意してくれました。 本当にありがとう。

The best experience of a stay in Saitama
This is the 1K flat, not a hotel, so please take it into account when booking. My personal experience of staying there was amazing, and I’m so happy to have chosen this for my long stay. The owner is superb, always responding to any of my questions, explaining, and helping with anything I need. Thank you very much for your kindness, loyalty, and exceptional service.
This flat may not be the best choice for the older generation due to the stairs, as the flat was on the second floor and the stairs were steep and narrow. Additionally, the futon was on the upper level of the flat, so you should rise and descend every everytime by ladder. Please be aware of that.
Despite the sizes, the flat consist of everything needed for a normal living and stay: a bath, hair dryer, kitchenette, small fridge, microwave, TV, air conditioner, portable heater, balcony, futon, and even a washing machine. As well, the owner provides everything needed, from the bath and cosmetic accessories to the kitchen utensils and detergents for everything in the apartment and even for laundry.
Indeed, as some commentators said, the bathroom is small and narrow, but for me (171 cm), it was enough, and for over 3 weeks of my stay, I totally got used to it.
