Hotel La Spiaggia is on the Ligurian Sea coast, 10 metres from the beach. Offering a bar and a patio the hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Monterosso al Mare town centre. The most expensive hotel we stayed in Italy, but it’s worthy! Great view of the nice beach at the window. It’s just like a picture! The man at the reception is a very nice person and helped me a lot. When I needed help at his supper time, he stopped eating immediately and came up to help. I felt even kinda sorry for the interruption since my need was not urgent.

Everything was awesome. Especially the view during the amazing and profuse breakfast. This was our best accommodation so far.

Located in Monterosso al Mare, Hotel Souvenir is just a 5-minute walk from the beach. It offers classic-style rooms and a shared garden with sun loungers. Location, cleanliness, staff were helpful and friendly. We loved the balcony.

Hotel Gianni Franzi se nachází v srdci pobřežní oblasti Cinque Terre, pod hradem Doria v obci Vernazza's, a nabízí pokoje s koupelnou, terasy s úchvatným výhledem na Ligurské moře a vesnici a... The breakfast was filling and tasty. Croissants, meats, cheeses, cappuccinos... and the view was spectacular, overlooking the sea! The staff from registration, to the restaurant, and cleaning, were warm and friendly, wanting to provide their best service. Don't get scared at the 100 steps to the rooms, it is so worth the stay. I just wish the bar on the rooftop was open for drinks. (Rain and cold weather were the culprits.) Wonderfully hot showers were a bonus. The noon chimes from the bell tower were the best I have ever heard.

The property is conveniently very close to the train station. It is very clean and the staff are great, especially Evelyn who went over and beyond to help us print our train tickets for us. She also facilitated an early check in for us. Our room was on the top floor with a balcony, and it was great to sit out there enjoying a glass of wine whilst watching the world go by. There is also a restaurant downstairs where we had drinks and snacks too. Breakfast is fresh and delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pastries. The hotel operates an honesty system for drinks, and this is very handy if you need a drink and do not wish to go out. It is very easy to reach the beach area by just walking out of the hotel, past the train station and onto the main street all the way to the water. Although the train station is very close, we were not affected by the passing trains at all. In fact, we quite enjoyed watching them from our quint balcony! There are a few outdoor areas to sit and relax. However, were there in the cold weather and did not get the opprtunity to do so. We were really made to feel at home at the Pensione Sorriso, and we will happily return should next time we are in 5Terre.

Despite some temporary issues with hot water, he made everything possible to help and arrange alternative solution. The location is just unique, with the tower and beautiful terraces.

This was such a beautiful wholesome stay! We were welcomed by the hosts and made to feel at home. The breakfast and coffee was great! Not a negative, however, should note that if you don't have a car it's a 30minute shuttle up and down in the local shuttle bus. It can be quite crowded at the end of the day so not always guaranteed to get a seat. Purchase tickets prior to getting on at the train station to save you money! Easy to access the beautiful local hikes once you get your bearings!

The proximity to the train station and town are great - the town is extremely walkable. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The attached restaurant was convenient and delicious.
