Hotel La Spiaggia is on the Ligurian Sea coast, 10 metres from the beach. Offering a bar and a patio the hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Monterosso al Mare town centre. The location was fantastic. Easy walk from the train station. The front desk staff was so wonderful and caring. There was a train strike on the day I checked in and she wanted to make sure I didn't get stranded with no place to stay. Thank you so much.

This was my second time staying at Locanda Il Carugio. This place is absolutely gorgeous! The owner family is so welcoming, friendly and super helpful with what to see and where to go in Cinque Terre. The breakfast is delicious, we ate on a gorgeous deck overlooking the sea. We were able to park directly in front of our room which is such a luxury in Cinque Terre. Even though I like to stay at different villages and or hotels when I travel, I would definitely stay here again (for a third time) when visiting the area. Why mess with perfection?

Including the flight of stairs with suitcases to bring inside. Pack light! Organize yourself!:-) but hey, once in the room, you forget them. "Per Aspera ad Astram!"

In the heart of the 5 Terre Coast, Hotel Gianni Franzi offers en suite rooms just below Vernazza's Doria Castle. Extremely helpful and kind. Great little hotel with killer views. Highly recommend

Set in Riomaggiore, in the Cinque Terre National Park, Hotel Villa Argentina is a 10-minute walk away from Riomaggiore Train Station. From the video showing the route to take the lifts up to the hotel, to breakfast and our room, it was lovely. The veranda overlooking the village was a bonus since we didn't have a balcony. We were certainly fit at the end of our stay walking up and down the hills, but we did use the lifts if we felt we needed to. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Evelyn went out of her way to make us comfortable, ensure we knew where everything was and see that we enjoy our stay!!!

Located in Framura's Costa district, Hotel Meri 1956 Locanda e Cucina offers views of the surrounding valley. All rooms feature a small balcony and tiled floors. This was such a beautiful wholesome stay! We were welcomed by the hosts and made to feel at home. The breakfast and coffee was great! Not a negative, however, should note that if you don't have a car it's a 30minute shuttle up and down in the local shuttle bus. It can be quite crowded at the end of the day so not always guaranteed to get a seat. Purchase tickets prior to getting on at the train station to save you money! Easy to access the beautiful local hikes once you get your bearings!

Located in Monterosso al Mare, Hotel Souvenir is just a 5-minute walk from the beach. It offers classic-style rooms and a shared garden with sun loungers. Location good, breakfast great, staff friendly, room excellent

Hotel Locanda Del Sole is in the main street of Riomaggiore, one of the Cinque Terre towns. It offers free WiFi and is less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. Great location. Really nice people. Bending over backwards with great advice and very helpful in organizing the day
