Villen in Wroxham

Where do I even start ... - wait, that sounds familiar. In fact, it was exactly how I started my first review of The Old Bakery two years ago (scroll down, you'll find it). So, in order not to repeat myself too much (which I will, trust me, for good reasons ...): How do you review a place that no longer feels like "just" a holiday apartment? Two years ago, I left The Old Bakery hoping I'd be back one day. This summer, I finally returned – and instead of feeling like a guest, it honestly felt like coming home. Tom was, once again, an exceptional host. Communication before and during my stay was warm, thoughtful and incredibly helpful. Where it's short update, a question or a recommendation for a coffee shop, Tom is always just a WhatsApp message away. The apartment itself is every bit as wonderful as I remembered. Spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, cosy, quiet and equipped with absolutely everything you might need. It's one of those rare places where you instantly relax the moment you walk through the door. The location is just perfect, too. You're in a peaceful neighbourhood, yet cafés, pubs, supermarkets and the city centre are all within easy walking distance. Whether you're visiting Norwich for work, a course or simply to explore this beautiful city, you couldn't ask for a better base. I could go on and on, but let me just sum up everything by saying this: What makes The Old Bakery special isn't just the apartment - it's the feeling it gives you. Some places are comfortable. Some places are beautiful. Some places are just located in the perfect spot. This place offers all of that and more - it keeps surprising you while feeling familiar at the same time, as if you've returned somewhere you've always belonged. So if you're lucky enough to see availability, stop scrolling and book it. Seriously. Just do it. Thank me later. Thank you, Tom, for another wonderful stay.
