It’s so beautiful here. Quiet, serene and pristine. Pool is awesome, with comfortable lounges and hammocks, outdoor and indoor eating. Kitchen has everything you need. Bedrooms are both nice sizes.

Before even speaking about the place, it is important to talk about the people. Minos and Aga are truly special – people who have taken hospitality as a way of life. From the very first moment, they made us feel at home and surrounded us with genuine warmth. This starts from the first moment. Our flight was delayed, yet Minos patiently waited for us until midnight, welcoming us with endless kindness. The next morning, we were surprised to find a beautiful tray of fresh croissants and warm pancakes waiting at our door – a beautiful gesture that spoke volumes about their generosity. Later, sharing a morning coffee with Aga was pure magic. Minos was always immediately available, with patience, goodwill, and a true passion for hosting. On the fourth day, they invited our entire family to join their own Greek family celebration, where they prepared incredible homemade food and even involved the children in the cooking. It was a heartwarming evening that created a wonderful bond among all the guests. And the place itself? Nothing less than perfect. The property is beautifully maintained, fully equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos – only better. The rooms are spotless, the design tasteful, everything works flawlessly, the showers are gorgeous, and the closets spacious. Truly above and beyond. We have found a home in Crete and will definitely return. An unforgettable stay thanks to Minos and Aga!

We rented Villa Nikos and I can say that was the perfect place to spend our one week vacation with friends. The house is sooo beautiful and has pretty much everything you need for your stay. The pool was fantastic, well maintained and the view from the house was stunning. Also, there was a free parking lot in front of the house. The owner was friendly and helpful, thank you Stamatis! (also, thank you for the welcome pack) Definitely was a perfect choice for our holiday.

The last week of April we stayed with the whole family (7 persons) in the Velvet Breeze Villa in Stavromenos. It was a great experiens. A marvellous house, a splendid garden, a lovely swimmingpool and a amazing vieuw. From a friendly welcome with a welcome meal from Thomas up to a nice farewell-souvenir (little olive trees) from Kiki. a unforegettable stay. Dijkstra Family (NL)

A very luxurious place, created with great attention to detail. The layout with two separate villas is fantastic, ensuring everyone has plenty of space for themselves. The rooms are excellently soundproofed, which will certainly be very important for families with children. Wonderful hosts who provided us with homemade barbecue food, far superior in quality to store-bought products. An ideal place to relax, whether with friends or family.

Fantastic villa in a quiet location, our hosts were so helpful and friendly. They provided their own olive oil, fruit, Raki and patisseries. Clean throughout with fresh towels (lots!). Super outdoor area with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. Definitely more suitable for adults but that suited us. Overall felt like a 5 star experience.
