We absolutely fell in love with this luxury seaside villa in Cyprus — truly the best place we have ever stayed. The architecture and interior design are stunning: modern, elegant, and perfectly thought-out down to every detail. Each bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom, giving everyone complete comfort and privacy. The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in front of the sea with magical sunset views each evening. The heated pool was our children’s absolute favourite, and the inflatables provided endless fun for them! The Nepali housekeepers were incredibly charming and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Chris also made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay — fantastic hospitality all around. We really appreciated how peaceful the area was — no mass tourism, just the relaxing sound of the waves. Exactly what we were searching for. There are also great restaurant options nearby. Our top recommendation is Fly Again, with a wonderfully varied menu, a super friendly waitress, and an unbeatable beachfront location — the perfect spot for lunch or dinner by the sea. We can’t recommend this villa enough and we are already dreaming of coming back!

The property is stunning. The view and direct access to the beach obviously is an absolute highlight. The interior design is warm and welcoming. You truly feel like at home. The living room is also really bright during the day as it faces directly the sun and you even have balcony’s outside of each room (2 of the bedrooms have balcony’s facing directly the beach). What really stood out to me apart from the really beautiful property, is the amazing customer service from the house management. They kept me informed about everything, the check in was so easy and well organized. And also the moment I had any questions, even late at night, I always got quick replies and immediately support. I travel a lot and I can say, that this level of costumer support was extraordinary! Thanks for this amazing stay

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and stunning views that took our breath away. The villa itself is spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area was a true highlight—perfect for relaxing by the pool or enjoying meals on the terrace while soaking in the sunset. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and beaches. The host was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. Objekt Extremely comfy apt with spacious private terrace 10min walk to the beach & in Town smješten je u gradu 'Larnaka' na manje od 1 km od znamenitosti Džamija Touzla, 11 min hoda od znamenitosti... The apart is in very quite part of the center of Larnaka. There is a place to park the car outside. It is very close for pedestrians to the port and the archeological museum. We liked this place. I recommend it to every visitor.

The instructions to collect the key is very clear, they have an app for all guides of the villa, the villa is spacious, Netflix is available and the location is very close to the main road, within walking distance to the famous beach. close to many restaurants, supermarkets, souvenirs shops, etc BONUS POINT the cat who stays close to the villa is so cute! we love to pet and feed them.

The location couldn’t be better — truly the best in Protaras. You step out of the villa and you’re right on the beach. The villa itself was enormous and spotlessly clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was extremely comfortable and well-maintained throughout. We loved our time here and will definitely be returning!

Amazing stay, the villa was gorgeous and the pool was amazing. Highly recommend. There was a bus stop at the end of the road to get into Paphos and a parking spot at the house for a car making is very accessible. Great location and highly recommend Harmony restaurant at the end of the road. Great food and great service.
