The property is stunning. The view and direct access to the beach obviously is an absolute highlight. The interior design is warm and welcoming. You truly feel like at home. The living room is also really bright during the day as it faces directly the sun and you even have balcony’s outside of each room (2 of the bedrooms have balcony’s facing directly the beach). What really stood out to me apart from the really beautiful property, is the amazing customer service from the house management. They kept me informed about everything, the check in was so easy and well organized. And also the moment I had any questions, even late at night, I always got quick replies and immediately support. I travel a lot and I can say, that this level of costumer support was extraordinary! Thanks for this amazing stay

Featuring mountain views, Villa Nikitas offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 4.2 km from Markideio Theatre. A lovely property in a good location if you have your own transport. Slightly higher than the city, making it a little cooler which was welcome. Plenty of space and good facilities. Would use again if returning.

Boasting a balcony with pool views, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, Kube Luxury Villas can be found in Ayia Napa, close to Sandy Bay and 1.8 km from Agia Napa Monastery. The villa was absolutely amazing, very modern style with all the facilities. It was kind of an intelligent house, remotely controlled. Inside we had everything we needed to, even table tennis and table football. There were some things we asked about or for and reaction was immediate. Besides we used the service of the taxi, cooperating with the villa and we can recommend the service. The building is situated close do the supermarket, taverns with excellent food and close to the beautiful Nissi beach. Everything was absolutely amazing!

The villa design and layout were simply breathtaking – stylish, modern, and seamlessly integrated with the natural surroundings. You could tell that every detail, from the architecture to the interior decor, was thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The scenery was equally mesmerizing. Surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the sparkling coastline, the views from the villa were like something out of a dream. We were also thoroughly impressed by the amenities – a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, relaxing outdoor lounge areas, and everything you’d need for a comfortable and indulgent stay. We even had our own lift in the house! How fun! The food was another highlight. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I recommend the shrimp sanagaki at Tetra restaurant, but absolutely every dish was top notch. To top it all off, the prices were more than reasonable considering the premium experience we received. Sunset Park Villas features sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Paphos City, 1.2 km from St. George Beach. Everything was just like the pictures, perfect! The apartment was very clean and the renters were very nice and helpful people
