Everything was excellent. Super grateful for late check out. Communication was swift, and very warmful. The property, incredible. Will definitely return again.

Fijn bed en groot balkon. Voldoende parkeerplaats op pleintje en op 10 tot 15 min lopen van strand, supermarkt of gezellig pleintje. Prima restaurant in de buurt.

Villa Nikitas is a very big and clean house, great place for a family trip. Konia hills views are breathtaking, it is perfect starting point to view as much as possible from the beautiful Paphos area. Staff is very nice, kind and always helpful, communication was smooth just as all our stay. Perfect place for calm and active vacation at the same time.:)

The villa design and layout were simply breathtaking – stylish, modern, and seamlessly integrated with the natural surroundings. You could tell that every detail, from the architecture to the interior decor, was thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The scenery was equally mesmerizing. Surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the sparkling coastline, the views from the villa were like something out of a dream. We were also thoroughly impressed by the amenities – a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, relaxing outdoor lounge areas, and everything you’d need for a comfortable and indulgent stay. We even had our own lift in the house! How fun! The food was another highlight. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I recommend the shrimp sanagaki at Tetra restaurant, but absolutely every dish was top notch. To top it all off, the prices were more than reasonable considering the premium experience we received. Alles is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Keuken is goed voorzien met een nespresso, waterkoker, pannen en servies. Er is een vaatwasser en een wasmachine, ook wasmiddel is aan gedacht. Zwembad is heerlijk en de omgeving is lekker rustig, maar niet ver van de beach.
