The two villas were perfect! Perfect quiet location but still nearby to the town. Was very modern and comfortable and the sea right outside was beautiful!

Just a perfect stay! Everything was tidy, the host left a lot of delicious snacks and location is actually great, would recommend 100%

Mrs Margarita is an exceptional lady paying great attention to detail and we were very happy to meet her. Will definitely return to this place soon

Nag-aalok ng hardin at mga tanawin ng hardin, matatagpuan ang Modern house in Larnaca sa Larnaka, 3.4 km mula sa Europe Square at 3.4 km mula sa Larnaca Marina. We were incredibly impressed by the wonderful house we were fortunate to stay in. We chose the house completely by chance, and to be honest, judging by the photos, it didn't make much of an impression. But when we got there (and it should be noted that the owner kindly agreed to our early check-in), we were pleasantly surprised. Our expectations were exceeded! It was perfectly clean, with a huge selection of dishes and cutlery, various garbage bags, coffee, all kinds of spices, and plastic food containers (very convenient for going to the beach). And the amenities included a Miele stove and oven, a huge Bosch refrigerator, Villeroy & Boch plumbing, Grohe faucets, a Jacuzzi shower stall, and Vivo plates from Villeroy & Bosch—is this what you expect from a rental? A quiet neighborhood, your own parking space , a private courtyard with a table and soft pillows. Everything was super! Huge respect to the hosts. They also showed their hospitality with wine, apples, and bananas. I highly recommend it to tourists with a car. I hope we'll come back again.

In a quiet neighbourhood (which was perfect for us) and only a short drive to anything you need or want to do. And the hosts were so lovely. Giving great advice and nothing was too much trouble.

At first we were a bit hesitant, because of low amount of reviews but I am so glad we decided to stay there! The house exceeded every expectation, facilities and tech was of highest quality, perfect swimming pool and a hot tub, rooms were very comfortable, location was quite remote but still close to Larnaca by a car. Host was always eager to help and very easy to communicate with. Will most definitely stay there again!
