The cleaning guy met me upon arrival and the owner was very responsive to my text messages. The room was extremely nice. The rain shower was AMAZING. And the app control from the phone was a great feature.

Situated 300 metres from the beach of Kolympia in Rhodes, 12 Islands is a complex of spacious villas. Each unit features a private pool, free Wi-Fi and a furnished terrace or balcony with Aegean Sea or mountain views. We had a fantastic staying at 12 villas, it is aperfekt accommodation going a big group or a family. We love the idea with the privacy, the private pool and all the facilities combined with us ordering breakfast and choosing whatever we wanted day by day and the time for the breakfast that was really good. The room service was also great for the days we wanted just stay at the Villa. Manuel was a great host and very fast responding if we had questions about what to do in Rhodos and giving us discount when renting a car, etc. We will definitely come back again and recommend this to our friends!

Situated in Rhodes Town, 700 metres from Zefyros Beach and 2.8 km from Akti Kanari Beach, Quattro Zie features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. This recently renovated holiday home is located 2.8 km from The Street of Knights and 2.8 km from Temple of Apollon. The property is non-smoking and is located 1.9 km from Clock Tower. Quattro Zie is a new, beautifully renovated rental apartment. It had two bedrooms which worked perfectly as we were travelling with two teenagers. AC in three rooms guaranteed comfortable stay in July heat. Bathroom, kitchen and a small private courtyard were also nice. Bazaar Supermarket was quite close where we could buy things for breakfast. Also coffee shop Pane di Capo was near by where you can get stuffed sandwiches, feta pastries to die for and chocolate desserts! Zephyros beach was also only in a few minutes walking distance. It's smaller and quieter beach, but really nice and sun beds only 6€/day. On the way to the beach you can stop by Farmers market to get some cherries or other fruits. Just next to the apartment is pizzeria Gondola which had really good pizza and the pasta dishes were also great. Last but not least - our hostess, Tina! She was a true gem! Such a friendly and helpful lady. She gave us a lot of good tips what to do and where to go and was always ready to help. She was also flexible with check inn and check out times as our flights were at night time. That was really good. Quattro Zie is about 20-30 minutes walk to the old city of Rhodes. Luckily there is a bus stop in short distance. Google Maps is a good help when finding out the schedules and bus stops.

A private entrance leads guests into the holiday home, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. The property has an outdoor dining area. Our hosts Anastasia and Mike did their best for our maximum comfortable stay. Very attentive and responsive. Given a lot of useful information. The house is new, well equipped technically. Everything worked perfectly, Wi-Fi was flying. The place is very secluded, quiet. Recommend
