The villa is new and was very clean. They even cleaned every other day. Тhere is a wonderful view of the sea and olive trees, a very beautiful and well-maintained lawn, although small. There was warm and clean water in the pool which was also cleaned every morning. Modern furnishings, three bathrooms on each floor, air conditioning and TV in every room and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine with Nespresso capsules for great coffee. Porch with a huge solid table and comfortable chairs, sunbeds and umbrella. And last but not least the hosts were extremely kind, they welcomed us and sent us off with lots of gifts and help with everything without being intrusive. Thank you very much!

Everything in the apartment is well designed with quality in mind. 5 minutes away from the village and the most amazing views. We are a family of 3, with a toddler and we all enjoyed it to the maximum. Really worth it! (Minor detail but the decaffeinated tea was superb!)

Offering a garden, sea views and seasonal outdoor pool, Xalonia Villas is set in Agios Nikolaos. The blue-flagged Trani Ammouda Beach is a 12-minute walk away. Everything was perfect! In every aspect. The house was maintained to the highest standard, spotlessly clean, and it was clear that every detail was thoughtfully considered to give us the best possible vacation. Nora was kind and available for any question. The house itself has beautiful grass terraces, a playground for kids, a herb garden, and a chess court, all facing a stunning sea view. We will definitely be back soon!
