The house is in a great location, very quiet little port, and has everything needed! The host was very nice and left us coffee and some welcoming biscuits + chips. All was great, we are very happy of our choice!

The location is great, right on the waterfront, and the penultimate house on that side of the bay, so nice and quiet, plus it means that the walk to St Nokolas beach is only 10 minutes. The house has everything you need for a short or long stay and Nikos was very kind in stocking the fridge very generously on arrival - bread, meat, cheese, wine, beer, honey, water, butter, coffee, etc We were picked up from the port on arrival by Nikos (and Nikos 2 🙂) And Pedi is lovely!

Boasting mountain views, Lirenou Scala Vista offers accommodation with patio, around 1 km from Nos Beach. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. It was a beautiful view, and it was in great shape

Located in Symi in the Dodecanese region, Margo Traditional House has a patio and quiet street views. FANTASTIC! Amazing aircon, stunning high ceiling, beautiful hosts who are super responsive, we adored the decor, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, re beds were new, lovely and firm. The location was perfect with gorgeous local restaurants. We had fresh bedding provided for us halfway through our stay, complimentary wine and essentials and I absolutely loved it. I could have moved in! Love the bedrooms, the Juliet balcony was superb. Bathroom was beautiful and I can’t fault the place. 11/10!

Staying at this unforgettable holiday rental in Symi was enchanting —it's like going to a fabulous Greek folk museum and then being able to stay the night! The property perches near the highest point of Mavrovouni Hill offering sweeping panoramic views that are simply breathtaking. The terrace became our favorite spot: morning light softly illuminating the harbour and sunset painting the hills in gold—it felt like living a postcard. From the moment we booked, communication with the owner was exceptional. They were warm, responsive, and full of helpful local recommendations—true hospitality that made us feel welcomed and truly taken care of. Inside, the house overflows with original Greek character. Every room is infused with traditional details and curated curios—handmade ceramics, vintage textiles, local artefacts. The curation feels intentional and lovingly arranged, offering a sense of authenticity rarely found in rentals. The location is unbeatable—nestled above the charming town, it's peaceful yet within easy walking distance to tavernas, shops, and scenic paths. In short, this is so much more than a place to stay—it’s an immersive, soulful Greek experience with all the comforts of home.

1.4 km from Nos Beach, Galini & Serena Apartments is set in Symi and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The owner contacted me some days before arrival and explained that there will be transfer from ship to the apartments. Transfer driver was helpful. Met him few times in city during my stay. The house is located in the middle way of high steps which goes as a street in city. It took me 5 min to get down to the harbor and around 15 min back to house ;) Beautiful view to the harbor side when you are climbing on steps. The house is super authentic and at the same time stylish! Kitchen very basic but possible to cook. The sink is a stylish antique creation that is a museum exhibit worth seeing! Much space in the house. Safe, quiet area (in may), many cats walking around. Good internet. Much restaurants at harbor. Easy to leave keys during check out.

Set in Symi, within 1 km of Symi Port, Aeneo Studio 2 offers accommodation with air conditioning. The property has city and quiet street views. I cannot gush enough about this property. We stayed the last week of September and outside of one day the weather was fantastic. The apartment was fairly easy to locate as it was just a short 15 minute walk from where the ferry docks. There are some stairs to climb, but it is manageable and not all the way at the top of the hill. We didn't have luggage. Keys were in a lockbox on the door so access was immediate. The place was super clean... not a crumb anywhere. They layout was perfect. Kitchen perfect, bathroom perfect and the bedroom even made me reminisce about my youth when I lived in a similar attic conversersion with the exact same bed frame! It was like I was home again, but this time with a beautiful view across the harbor. TV was also nice as we usually go to bed early to make the most of the next day. Host was easily contactable and helpful and any questions were promptly answered!

Everything was clean and new, and the hosts were very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, with an easy bus connection from the port to the house, and a taxi ride costs only around €6–8. Walking down to the center is fine, but walking back up is quite challenging. However, we were prepared for this, as I had checked the taxi and bus options in advance.
