I can recommend this location to anyone who is looking for some peace and rest. Your own little place, disconnected from the rest of the world but with all the facilities you want and need (including a coffee machine) The house is just like the photos promise, and quite large too. We had a great few days relaxing here and exploring Hvar. The last few km's to the house are a gravel road, but it was in quite good condition and perfectly doable if you have some driving experience and/or a (compact) SUV. It's completely quiet and peaceful. At night, the only thing we heard was a long-eared owl.

The property was gorgeous, extremely spacious and well kept and in a great location. David was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay and accommodated a late check out and early check in. It was great!

Set within 300 metres of Daria Beach and 35 km of Hvar's Theatre and Arsenal, Sea view Eco house with pool, 250m to beach - Falcon View Hvar offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom... Falcon view is a place to stay that has magic and special atmosphere. Aschel is very kind and friendly host. Nearby beach is lovely and at the end of the season you hardly meet other people there. Same appllies to other beaches that are close by. We loved the whole stay and will be happy to come back.

It was a truly special place: quirky but quietly luxurious. It's very peaceful yet surrounded by beautiful restaurants and places to drink in a charming setting. Every inch of the interior has been carefully designed and collected by the owner who is an artist. All of this combined with a building which is 500 years old makes for a unique house. The courtyard and roof terrace are great outdoor spaces too.
