We really appreciate the "green" aspect of the villas, which have been built in an oak forest leaving the cooling tree cover and privacy. The beach is next to the property and you really get the best of combination of being in a quiet secluded spot but 2 minutes away from the water at the same time. We found the villas to be spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a large living room, and a nice terrace.

The food and drink prices are very reasonable, not excessive. You also get 10% off food at the Pizza place and Marina restaurant close by. Only a 5 minute walk. Great place for couples and family. Highly recommend the private holiday home for families.

The host Danijela was extremely friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information right after booking and staying available if we needed anything. We had a fantastic weekend stay at this lovely apartment in Omišalj from Friday to Sunday. The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, including a well-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a cozy terrace for morning coffee. The location is great – peaceful and just a short walk from the town center and the beach. Omišalj itself is charming, with beautiful views, historic streets, and easy access to the rest of the island. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming, providing helpful tips about the area and ensuring we had a smooth check-in and check-out. Communication was quick and easy throughout.
