The beach is next to the property and you really get the best of combination of being in a quiet secluded spot but 2 minutes away from the water at the same time. We found the villas to be spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a large living room, and a nice terrace.

The location of the villa is amazing just above the Villa Andrássy. A few minutes walk from Volosko and a little more from Opatija, 10 kms on a quiet minor road from Rijeka. The view of the Kvarner bay is magic from the room and from the dinning room too. The parking place is useful as in all streets you should pay for parking. The stuff were polite, kind and helpful. Breakfasts were always fresh although celebration days.

Everything is so well thought out for the guests comfort. The pool was crystal clear and was cleaned again on our fifth day which we really appreciated. The area is very quiet and peaceful perfect for a relaxing holiday. The villa owners are truly wonderful kind people who clearly care about their guests having a great experience. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be happy to return for a third time. Highly recommended

The location is perfect with nice walk to the beach and calm evenings inte the village. The house is modern and have all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay.
