We really appreciate the "green" aspect of the villas, which have been built in an oak forest leaving the cooling tree cover and privacy. The beach is next to the property and you really get the best of combination of being in a quiet secluded spot but 2 minutes away from the water at the same time. We found the villas to be spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a large living room, and a nice terrace.

Boasting a balcony with sea views, pool with a view and a fitness centre, Holiday Homes Kanajt can be found in Punat, close to Dunat Beach and 700 metres from Punat Marina. With pool views, this accommodation features a patio. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Holiday homes were exactly what we expected, spacious with well equiped kitchen and big terrace. The resort is well equipped for children. You can relax at the pool area if you don't want to go the sea otherwise I'd recommend Medane Beach which is 3km away and sunbeds are included with the accommodation. Needless to say the beach was also amazing. One tip, you can reserve sunbeds also if you have the voucher from the hotel, but you are still likely to find a good one even at 10am. Haven't tried the breakfast but the lunch at the poolbar was good. If you fancy some sport, the fitness room is decently equipped (dumbbells 30kg max) and boxing gloves. Very likely we will visit next summer, thou for a longer stay this time.

I honestly can't think of a better place to stay. I rate it 10/10. It's a family run business and the owners are super helpful. They will go beyond and above to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The rooms are big, comfy and clean with breathtaking views looking over Volosko (see pictures attached). Tasty breakfast with fresh pastries and bread rolls every day. The place is a walking distance to the nicest beaches and local shops, bars and restaurants. I will definitely come back and stay at the same place.

The villa itself is beautiful a new building with brand new furniture. Everything is so well thought out for the guests comfort. The pool was crystal clear and was cleaned again on our fifth day which we really appreciated. The area is very quiet and peaceful perfect for a relaxing holiday. The villa owners are truly wonderful kind people who clearly care about their guests having a great experience. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be happy to return for a third time. Highly recommended

The comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation also comes with soundproofing and a fireplace. The property has an outdoor dining area. We had a wonderful stay! The host Danijela was extremely friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information right after booking and staying available if we needed anything. The house is beautiful, located in a quiet area, and very modern, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. With beautiful outdoor area. You can easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a bakery. We would definitely love to come back.

We truly enjoyed our time at Antonio’s villa! 🌞 The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Everything inside feels fresh and new, with modern style and a warm atmosphere. It’s clear that the place was created with attention to detail — from the practical kitchen to the lovely outdoor area. Antonio is an outstanding host. Always welcoming, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He gave us great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
