The room was so nice with a wood carved high 4 poster bed, wood carved windows and doors and an enormous room. The staff arranged sunrise temple tickets and a trip to a local volcano. Nothing was too much trouble. They worked all hours of the day and night. There were so many staff to help us. It was off season and there were only a couple of people at the resort. The weather was great. The hotel gave us lifts to various places and it was very handy. The staff spoke OK English for us. This place was overall amazing and I thoroughly recommend it to others. We stayed 3 nights, 2 days and in the very top villas which were the deluxe ones.
