The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly located just a short walk from the Sassi. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the host. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful from the moment we arrived until our departure. Always available to answer any questions, give recommendations, and make sure we felt at home. It’s rare to find such a genuinely welcoming person! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Matera. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Everything is great. Beautiful and very clean appartment and we really like the welcoming cake and sweets. The appartment is nicely decorated to a very high standard, and Margherita was very helpful and kind.

Location - amazing, 500m from the garage, 20 steps away from amazing panoramic view of Matera. Apartment is gorgeous, clean and beautifully decorated. We couldnt have asked for more. Breakfast is tipical Italian with coffee, cornetto and biscuits.

A nice one -bedroom apartment, newly renovated, everything -- furniture, facilities, equipment, you name it --is brand new. Exellent shower. The cleanliness of the entire place is outstanding. Whatever you can think of is there: an extra pillow, an iron, TV set in each room, plenty of kitchen and tableware. We only stayed one night, and didn't need all that stuff, but it made us feel at home. Franco is a nice and welcoming host. Breakfast was great and homemade pastries were awesome. Parking is available. A walk to the historic center is around 25 minutes. Neighborhood felt safe.
