A recently renovated property, A Ridosso dei Sassi is set in Matera near Matera Cathedral, MUSMA Museum and Tramontano Castle. Easy walk to the center of Matera! Parking lot was free and even with a large vehicle we managed to park with ease! We appreciated the ground floor as we had small children! The space was clean and well equipped for a short or long stay! The beds and pillows were the best part of the stay, they were made of memory foam and so comfortable!!! The host was very responsive and helpful - we left something in the apartment and he was quick to help us!!

Host saved us a spot for our car when we arrived. Very hot when we were there, but place has air conditioning, which kept us cool for comfy sleep.

Location - amazing, 500m from the garage, 20 steps away from amazing panoramic view of Matera. Apartment is gorgeous, clean and beautifully decorated. We couldnt have asked for more. Breakfast is tipical Italian with coffee, cornetto and biscuits.

L'angolo di Cinzia has a terrace and is situated in Matera, within just 1.9 km of Convent of Sant' Agostino and 1.9 km of Matera Centrale Train Station. It was a lovely apartment close to the bus station if you come from Bari. The owner was so nice and he even offered us an earlier check-in since we had an early flight. The accommodation had everything we needed and the breakfast was quick and lovely.A bit far from the Sassi but we didn’t mind taking a walk! I recommend it!

Extremely roomy appartment, unbelievable really. Very nice interior. Bed was comfortable and shower very nice. The location is unbelievable as well, but at night it was perfectly quiet. Bruna gave very clear instructions and all was well. Recommended!
