The location is fantastic—peaceful yet conveniently close to the heart of town. One of the biggest pluses was the private parking, which made arriving and getting around so much easier. The unit itself was spotless and clearly very well maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful!! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The apt was very unique. When we first arrived we were a little concerned of the street, other places seemed to need work. After opening the wooden door to ur place we were very pleasantly surprised. Great apt in the rocks. Right near by there is a little alley with amazing views of the old city , quite a surprise to discover it Parking was a little walk away and limited but we did not need our car so left it parked the whole time we were there.

After 3 weeks of traveling thru southern italy, we booked this apartment, and it didn't disappoint . IT was by far the best stay of our entire trip!!..Beautiful apartment, super well equipped, immaculately clean, beautiful bathroom.. Great working Wi-Fi. nice view of the countryside from the balcony ..Nice terrace in front with outdoor furniture.. A washing machine was available at no extra cost..Secure parking inside property accessible with remote control.. Electric shutters on windows .The fridge was stocked with water and fruit juices , jams, and yogurts for breakfast at your own leisure in the apartment.. The espresso machine is there too with pods and milk . Croissants and various little cookies for breakfast also .It is all set up if you want to cook and well equipped..It's about 6 kms ( about 8 min) from the sights in Matera ,we chose not to stay in the city and didn't regret it..Accessing the sights in Matera from here is very easy , there are Parking structures available all around and very close just a couple of blocks away... THE host are gracious and obviously take great pride in their business, and it shows .We highly recommend this B&B when visiting this area .Thank you, Giusy and husband, for making this an exceptional 2 nights stay..

The entrance in the house is directly from the street. It is a very nice, modern, cozy and clean apartament. Good communication with the host. If you have a car is very easy and quick to reach the central parkings. Lots of Free parking spots, right in front of the entrance in the house. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom amenities. The breakfast consists in supermarket sweet pastry packed, chocolates, UHT Milk, small pack juice, yogurts, butter, honey, jams, Coffee, tea, natural water, nice to have them, but not a healthly breakfast, it is a lot of sugar. There is an umbrella in the appartment and we were happy to use it, since it was a rainy day.

First of all I was overwhelmed by the kindness and friendliness of Bruna and her husband who came to guide me to the apartment. They showed me everything there including the astonishing Matera, where to eat, what to visit and accompanied me to the bus station by their car the day I left. Their apartment was extremely comfortable, clean, large, had everything for breakfast and for cooking. The position is great, a few steps to the historical center and the communication with my hosts was simply amazing. I highly recommend Sui Lecci and the tour of Matera with Leonardo, Bruna's husband if you understand Italian. I had the most wonderful stay even if I travel a lot in Italy.
