In the Montagnola district of Bologna, close to MAMbo, Ak Holidays Apartment 59 features a shared lounge and a washing machine. The host contacted me beforehand and was always helpful and very polite. The apartment was absolutely huge and close to the main attractions and very good restaurants. Apartment was also very clean.

Located in Rimini and only 3.5 km from Rimini Fiera, Stefano's House provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Roberta is the perfect host. The Villa is big and comfortable. The kitchen is extremely furnished and out in the patio there is also a barbecue station and a huge terrace on the first floor. The cleaning overall is extremely good.
