Extremly friendly owners, who waited for us, helped us with a parking, gave us hints to spend those days the best possible. Place is perfect for two. Very clean. The beach is close, just down the street.

Firstly, the position of the property overlooking a UNESCO 1500 year old basilica, a stones throw from great restaurants and on a cobbled courtyard was breath-taking. Secondly, the rooms were clean, immaculate and comfortable but the best thing was Alessandro, the owner. With all taxis in the town busy, he arrived in his car to drive us to our cruise terminal. His kindness and generosity to put his Saturday plans on hold in order to ensure we met our embarkation time we will never forget. Thank you!

This is definitely the most amazing stop during our 9-day trip in Italy, and this is the only stop I feel like writing a comment. Everything is simply unforgettable. We arrived late at night, but Stefano still waited for us with huge hospitality. He even helped us asking whether the restaurants were still open because we cannot speak Italian. For a senior man working so late is not trivial. I read other people's comments, and I agree on all the points such as comfortness, cleanness, spaciousness, modernness of the bathroom in an historic villa, etc. Everything positive. I just would like to add that from many details, Stefano and his wife as the designer of the interior, are really welcoming the guests. They not only provided the necessary stuffs, but also arranged them with care by think in advance how the guests would need them. For example, for the first time I saw that the clean bathroom towels were already hung there instead of being folded. I felt that they would like their guests to enjoy the maximum convenience during their stay. Even though we arrived late, Stefano still patiently demonstrated to us how to use the gas stove, even though it was really unlikely that we would need it. One would definitely feel welcome by being treated by him as well as by enjoying the interior design. Our daughter enjoyed her stay without willing to leave. I would provide my utmost recommendation to this villa. The only thing that was a bit regretful is that my wife could not enjoy very well despite such a nice villa, because she is allergic to the pollen and she sneezed a lot during her stay. But this further demonstrates that Stefano and his wife really decorate the villa with great beauty and sincerity. This was a great stay for us. I would very much like to come back again.

L'incanto home, um alojamento com um jardim, situa-se em Bolonha, a 4 km de Mambo - Museu de Arte Moderna de Bolonha, 4,5 km de Via Indipendenza e 5,1 km de Piazza Maggiore. This property is just gorgeous. It feels as though you are in the country yet a 600m walk finds you back in suburbia with shops and hustle and bustle. The large glass doors and windows make the large rooms feel even bigger and helps to give a sense of calm and openness with the garden. The rooms were large and each was airconditioned, the kitchen was well set up and the abundance of coffee pods was truly appreciated. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower had great pressure. Luci, the host, was lovely and very accommodating as we were a last minute booking. The place was spotless. Highly recommend.
