An absolutely wonderful welcome from the owner and her family. And their behavior towards guests. The fun making and problem solving was exemplary. New, perfectly functional air conditioning. The surroundings around the villa and the location of our apartment next to the main courtyard with a nice view from the terrace. It was a beautiful stay. Shame I don't speak Italian. It would be easier to chat with the owners. 😅😊

The owner allowed us to change our booking to a bigger place with a washing machine and dishwasher, of course after we paid the price difference. They also provided extra sheets, when we requested.

The apartment haus was just amazing. Very well equiped, brand new, clean and very close to the beach. The owners were very kind and helpfull. They helped us to book a boat trip and even prepare a bottle of cold water upon our arrival.

Marica's ground floor holiday apartment in Rodi was a great place to relax in a quiet neighbourhood only 5 minutes walk to the beach on the Adriatic Sea. Beautiful views, including sea views from the front patio of the apartment, where you can sit and have an aperitivo. From the beach you can walk into town in around 25 minutes or drive into town in 5 minutes. We were there in shoulder season, so it was easy to walk into a great seafood restaurant overlooking the ocean from around 7pm. Marica was very friendly and kept in touch with detailed instructions in English. The advice in the apartment e g. how to work the oven or hot water, is all in Italian.
