Casa Silvia is a beautiful, clean apartment with arguably the best views in town from the terrace. It is a 5 minute walk from the train station and about 3 mins from the castle - it couldn’t be more central! The air con was effective and refreshing, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Silvia, the host, was very warm and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed a wonderful few nights here and would recommend to everyone.

Big apartment with balcony at first floor (the building has elevator); impeccable clean; well equipped kitchen; 5 min walk to the Malatesta metro station and Conad supermarket; the metro station is close to the center: it is 2 stations away from San Giovanni which is important if you plan to return home during the day; we were there during the heat wave in June so we returned home around 13:00 to leave again after 16:00 (we were very happy that we choose this apartment vs something more distant from the center); there are also construction workings on some metro lines so you need to check.

They are exceptional people, the property was easy access to train station into central Rome and is very cheap to travel around from A to B, it was clean and comfortable, we will be back again without a doubt !
