We stayed only one night at cc up place . Even before our arrival they were super nice and helpful, gave us useful instructions. When we arrived to the property we were amazed how beautiful and clean it was. They even thought about our little boy, it was very nice surprise . We didn’t have problem with parking either however I was little nervous about that as we arrived very late. Would definitely recommend and will be back whenever we are in the area.

The property is brand new. The bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony, just steps away from restaurants. The best thing was Roberto who was waiting for us at the airport with his beautiful smile, warmth and kindness to shuttle us to his beautiful apartment. The next morning he took us back to the airport so that we could come back home.

Big apartment with balcony at first floor (the building has elevator); impeccable clean; well equipped kitchen; 5 min walk to the Malatesta metro station and Conad supermarket; the metro station is close to the center: it is 2 stations away from San Giovanni which is important if you plan to return home during the day; we were there during the heat wave in June so we returned home around 13:00 to leave again after 16:00 (we were very happy that we choose this apartment vs something more distant from the center); there are also construction workings on some metro lines so you need to check.

It's perfect for pilgrims hiking the Via Francigena. The location is excellent. Communication with the hosts was easy, fast and clear. And we really appreciated that they facilitated an early check-in, as we wanted to avoid the afternoon heat.

I've been in many airbnbs until now and I can easily admit that this one was the best so far. First of all, very clean apartment, the guys were paying attention to all the details that we need in order to have a nice stay (towels, super fresh linen, good quality shower gel and shampoo, washing machine in the apartment with included dryer, quiet surroundings, well equipped kitchen etc). The hosts are 10 out of 10, excellent communication with them. When we will be back to Rome, for sure we will rent this room again. Many thanks for all your help, Denisa

It is a large and centrally located apartment with an amazing view of the square. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, but all the tourist spots are also available within a walk or a bus drive (depends on your physical condition :)). Nadia is a great host and we felt ourselves very comfortable staying here!
