Situated in Perugia, near Perugia Cathedral and Perugia Train Station, Casa Valentina 3 is a recently renovated property, featuring, a garden and bar. The apartment was in a perfect location for those traveling without a car. It was a five minute walk to the major train station and an equally close walk to the minimetro which takes you into the center of Perugia in 10 minutes. The hosts were very attentive, the apartment itself was clean, spacious for two people, and had everything we needed. There’s a laundromat, lots of little cafes, and a grocery store all in walking distance.

Boasting mountain views, Casa Celeste offers accommodation with balcony, around 35 km from Train Station Assisi. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The apartment was fully equipped, spacious and spotlessly clean. A big plus is the garden where you can enjoy your coffee with a great view to the town itself (a 15-min walk to Casa Celeste). Speaking of coffee, while no meals were officially included in the price, I was pleasantly surprised to see that coffee, tea and, some cookies etc. were also provided. The host, Mr. Gianni, and his family are exceptionally cordial, making you feel like a guest (not just any tourist...). For those visiting Umbria by car, Casa Celeste is an excellent choice of accommodation, even if your travel plans are more focused on other towns, eg Assisi, Foligno, Spello, Gubbio etc.

A recently renovated property, Casa Valentina 2 is located in Perugia near Perugia Cathedral, Perugia Train Station and Corso Vannucci. It's a nice apartment in a great location (near the central station). All amenities work properly, and the bathroom is modern. The host was very attentive and provided all the support we needed. We had a pleasant stay, and I highly recommend this accommodation.

Set in Spoleto, 29 km from Cascata delle Marmore and 39 km from Piediluco Lake, Casa Mafalda offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Casa Mafalda is without doubt the best self-catering apartment I have ever stayed in. Rita was an exceptional host. During our 12-night stay she made sure we were always stocked for breakfast with eggs, bread, pastries, yoghurts, tea, coffee, jam, Nutella and milk. She even offered to change our linen halfway through the stay and offered to take out our rubbish and recycling. She also suggested a local wine tasting and personally drove us to and from a vineyard and cantina in Montefalco so that we could enjoy the experience. She is so proud of the beautiful area she lives in and genuinely wants her guests to experience its magic. We certainly felt it. During our two weeks we enjoyed day trips to Perugia, Assisi, Foligno, Trevi and the Marmore waterfalls, as well as local highlights such as the Spoleto Rocca, a hike on the Giro dei Condotti and a walk along the disused Spoleto–Umbria railway line. Casa Mafalda is beautifully decorated, spotless, well equipped and perfectly located. It is only a five-minute walk from the station in one direction and a ten-minute walk from the old part of Spoleto in the other. It is a fantastic base for exploring Umbria and beyond. If we had stayed even longer we would have made more use of the Ancona train line to explore parts of the Marche and the Roma Termini line to see more of Lazio. Spoleto is wonderfully well connected and full of interest both in its own right and throughout the surrounding region.

Offering inner courtyard views, Casa Valentina 1 is an accommodation set in Perugia, 4.7 km from Perugia Cathedral and 5 km from San Severo Church - Perugia. The house is comfy and has everything you might need. It was spot clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature on your own. It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

La casina di Assisi is set in Assisi, 4.9 km from Train Station Assisi, 28 km from Perugia Cathedral, as well as 28 km from San Severo Church - Perugia. Everything was great! Beautiful house! Very nice hosts!

Located in Orvieto, 200 metres from Duomo Orvieto and 20 km from Civita di Bagnoregio, Casa Ginevra offers free WiFi and air conditioning. The property has inner courtyard views. A lot of time and care went into the design of this location and it was evident! It was a beautiful place to stay with quite of a few of the original features honored in a tasteful way.
