Emma Apt. is very clean and modern. Parking is right outside the door. very close to the parking lot to visit Orvieto. The owner is very gracious.

The apartment was in a perfect location for those traveling without a car. It was a five minute walk to the major train station and an equally close walk to the minimetro which takes you into the center of Perugia in 10 minutes. The hosts were very attentive, the apartment itself was clean, spacious for two people, and had everything we needed. There’s a laundromat, lots of little cafes, and a grocery store all in walking distance.

The apartment was fully equipped, spacious and spotlessly clean. A big plus is the garden where you can enjoy your coffee with a great view to the town itself (a 15-min walk to Casa Celeste). Speaking of coffee, while no meals were officially included in the price, I was pleasantly surprised to see that coffee, tea and, some cookies etc. were also provided. The host, Mr. Gianni, and his family are exceptionally cordial, making you feel like a guest (not just any tourist...). For those visiting Umbria by car, Casa Celeste is an excellent choice of accommodation, even if your travel plans are more focused on other towns, eg Assisi, Foligno, Spello, Gubbio etc.

Nastanitev Casa Valentina 2 se nahaja približno 1,8 km od znamenitosti Perugia Cathedral in nudi razgled na mesto, teraso ter balkon. It's a nice apartment in a great location (near the central station). All amenities work properly, and the bathroom is modern. The host was very attentive and provided all the support we needed. We had a pleasant stay, and I highly recommend this accommodation.

Casa Mafalda is without doubt the best self-catering apartment I have ever stayed in. Rita was an exceptional host. During our 12-night stay she made sure we were always stocked for breakfast with eggs, bread, pastries, yoghurts, tea, coffee, jam, Nutella and milk. She even offered to change our linen halfway through the stay and offered to take out our rubbish and recycling. She also suggested a local wine tasting and personally drove us to and from a vineyard and cantina in Montefalco so that we could enjoy the experience. She is so proud of the beautiful area she lives in and genuinely wants her guests to experience its magic. We certainly felt it. During our two weeks we enjoyed day trips to Perugia, Assisi, Foligno, Trevi and the Marmore waterfalls, as well as local highlights such as the Spoleto Rocca, a hike on the Giro dei Condotti and a walk along the disused Spoleto–Umbria railway line. Casa Mafalda is beautifully decorated, spotless, well equipped and perfectly located. It is only a five-minute walk from the station in one direction and a ten-minute walk from the old part of Spoleto in the other. It is a fantastic base for exploring Umbria and beyond. If we had stayed even longer we would have made more use of the Ancona train line to explore parts of the Marche and the Roma Termini line to see more of Lazio. Spoleto is wonderfully well connected and full of interest both in its own right and throughout the surrounding region.

Nastanitev Casa Valentina 1 je v Perugii, le 5 km od znamenitosti Cerkev San Severo – Perugia in 21 km od znamenitosti železniška postaja Assisi, ter ponuja balkon. The house is comfy and has everything you might need. It was spot clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature on your own. It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Nastanitev La casina di Assisi je v Assisiju, 4,9 km od znamenitosti železniška postaja Assisi, in nudi dnevno sobo s TV z ravnim zaslonom. Everything was great! Beautiful house! Very nice hosts!

Check-in instructions provided by the host were clear and easy to follow. Property is lovely and looks newly decorated. Very well equipped and coffee tabs for the nespresso machine provided along with fresh fruit, juice and bottled water. Extremely central, right off the main pedestrian road through town, loads of restaurants/shops and things to see on the doorstep. It is easy to park at one of the public parking lots and walk to the property (we used Parking Piazza Marconi). Bed was extremely comfy with extra pillows provided. Shower was very large with excellent water pressure. Bathroom spacious and elegant.
