From Shin-Osaka it's round about 20-30 mins to the south of the city, depending on how you'll travel there (subway, taxi, JR-line...) The communication with the owner was really uncomplicated. The house was stuffed with everything you would ever need and was really clean and comfortable. I would recommend booking it and also booking it again if I stay in Osaka next time. Thank you again!

This place is stunning and spacious - it includes a gorgeous living room downstairs as well as the kitchen and bathroom. There is another seating area upstairs and the bedroom. It is also in the traditional Japanese style, which we love! The highlights for us though were two parts: First, the host is incredible! You cannot drive up to the house because the last road is too steep so he showed us where to park near the base and then drove us up in his bigger car. (He kindly did this again in the morning when we left, even though we had to leave very early!) Second, the view is incredible! It was a stunning way to start the day. Our only regret is we wish we'd stayed longer :)

Ubicado a 45 km de Toyooka City History Museum, Japan's oldest remaining company housing ofrece un jardín y alojamiento con aire acondicionado, patio y wifi gratis. Absolutely beautiful and a fantastic opportunity to stay in a traditional house. We loved it. It was very clean and well maintained. The small town is very peaceful and we had a wonderful meal at a small restaurant 4 mins walk from the house.
