The staff are very responsive and quick to help. It is nestled a bit down a small alley, so there is very little noise. The beds are super comfortable! Overall the apartment is clean, well kept, and well laid out. I'd 100% recommend this gem to anyone staying in Osaka.

The house must have been renovated very recently. Everything is new, well designed and the equipment is outstanding. The location is very convenient and the price is great for bigger groups or families travelling together. We had a short connection to Osaka's major attractions like the aquarium or the expo.

Niho was a perfect host. We were not expecting to receive so much hospitality including a warm greeting with tea and a farewell with breakfast! We also can’t thank her enough for looking after our friend when he was sick and making him meals! And this isn’t even mentioning the house which is absolutely stunning and feels like you’re staying in a museum! 😍 Highly recommend staying here!!!

Beds very comfortable. Lots of food nearby. Appliances and washer were appreciated .

Beautiful home inside and out with 3 floors, has a kitchen area with a table, 2 showers and two toilets, the futon beds are very comfortable. There is a TV in one bedroom and a lovely rooftop area which is relaxing to sit in especially at night and also extremely useful for drying large quantities of clothes whilst also being right next to the washing machine. An all-round exceptional place to stay which exceeded expectations. Great value for money.

House is very cozy and warm. It has everything we need. Beds are comfortable and staffs are very helpful. It even has a washing machine.

Overall, it's an excellent accommodation choice. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the dining area, living room, and bathroom are on the first floor, which is very convenient and clean. Before check-in, I also asked the owner some questions and received very prompt replies with clear instructions. If you're driving there yourself, the location is easy to find, and there is sufficient parking space. However, the street at the entrance is a bit narrow, so if the vehicle is too long, you may need to back into the parking spot.
