Our stay at this villa was nothing short of exceptional—10 out of 10 doesn’t even do it justice! The warmth and hospitality we experienced were truly unmatched. Everything was spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and filled with thoughtful details that showed just how much care goes into making guests feel welcome and completely at ease. It’s the little touches that made a big difference, turning a great stay into an unforgettable one. And the bathtub in the bathroom? An absolute highlight—pure relaxation! We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for creating such a perfect experience!

The Edgware Cabana offers a hot spring bath and a hot tub, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Nuwara Eliya, 1.9 km from Gregory Lake. The villa was simply amazing, with lot of space. The view from the balcony and from the bathroom worth! They served dinner and breakfast directly in the villa! They also arranged us a small tour to the tea factory and to the waterfall

The owner was caring and helpful. They arranged vegetarian breakfast very well. The owner guided well and supported throughout the stay. Best family stay room .

Boasting pool views, Hilldale Retreat provides accommodation with an infinity pool, a garden and a shared lounge, around 12 km from Gregory Lake. Our stay at this hotel was excellent. I especially want to mention the staff, absolutely everyone was friendly, smiling and helpful. Saskia Ambu helped us throughout our stay, helped us order a taxi and tuk-tuk, explained to the drivers where to take us and what we needed to find. A good attitude was manifested even in non-obvious things, such as giving us water to take with us in the car, treating us to a Sri Lankan dish and giving us a free visit to the sauna, but unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of it. Breakfast was delicious, dining room was clean, service was fast and high quality. Again all the staff are absolutely amazing. I also want to mention the cleanliness. The room, the bathroom and bed were very clean. Wifi worked well and we were even able to watch a TV series from it.

My recent stay at Mount View Bungalow in Hatton was an absolutely delightful experience that truly exceeded expectations. Opting for the three-bedroom apartment proved to be an excellent choice, offering a haven of comfort, cleanliness, and breathtaking scenery. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer spaciousness of the apartment and the evident care taken in its maintenance. The living area was thoughtfully furnished, creating a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable sofas, a TV, and convenient WiFi access that made us feel right at home. Each of the three bedrooms was remarkably spacious, providing ample room to relax. The provision of fresh, clean towels, crisp bedsheets, and cozy blankets ensured a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were equally impressive, being immaculate and very well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of hygiene. For those who prefer to self-cater, the fully equipped kitchen was a fantastic amenity. It included a gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, heater jug, and a complete set of necessary utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. However, the true gems of Mount View Bungalow were the balconies attached to every room and the main hall. Stepping onto them revealed truly breathtaking panoramic views of the majestic mountains and lush tea plantations surrounding Hatton. These serene vistas provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and soaking in the natural beauty of Sri Lanka. Practicality was also well-considered, with ample and secure parking available within the gated premises, offering peace of mind for guests with vehicles. Furthermore, the location is incredibly convenient, with Hatton town just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, providing easy access to shops and local amenities. The hospitality we received from the host was exceptional.

Everything, right from the property, room, location, surroundings, cleanliness to a very friendly staff. Our stay at Oliphant Boutique Villa by Amaya was nothing short of magical. The photos online simply do not do justice to how stunning the property is in reality—the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful surroundings, the lush gardens, and that charming old-world elegance seamlessly blended with all modern comforts. Despite delays in our check-in due to heavy rains, the staff were patiently waiting for us with warm smiles. From the very first moment, they made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed. Every member of the team was humble, polite, and incredibly respectful. A special shoutout to Laxman, who took care of us throughout our stay. His attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference. We also travelled with our 5-year-old, who is quite picky with food, yet the kitchen staff went out of their way to prepare dishes he would enjoy. This level of personal care was deeply appreciated. The food was exceptional—far beyond our expectations. I strongly recommend opting for half board or full board, because every meal was a delight. We stayed for four days and honestly wished we had booked even more. Oliphant was the standout stay of our entire Sri Lanka trip. The peaceful atmosphere, stunning views, lovely heritage charm, and world-class hospitality make it a place we would return to without a second thought. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya—Oliphant Boutique Villa is an experience you won’t forget!

Boasting inner courtyard views, Luxe Wilderness - Private Villas, Free Breakfast, 2km from City Centre features accommodation with a garden, around 13 km from Hakgala Botanical Garden. The host was very nice, the place is clean and very spacious. I love how they care about every details (restaurant delivery flyers, magazines, FRESH FLOWERS and the coffee machine was top notch!). The villa is made in fantastic design in and out, bathroom is to die for <3 This is the best place I stayed in Sri Lanka.

Family-run hotel with spotless rooms, a nice view, and a pleasant breakfast, we felt very comfortable during our stay. You have to remove your shoes before go in the the property which is very nice. They helped us to arrange taxi and tuktuk.
