This residence is exceptional. From arrival to departure all the staff were friendly willing to help and flexible. My partner and I enjoy an early coffee at our home and looked forward to something not Nescafe. Spoke to the kitchen guys, "no problem", 6am? No problem. Freshly brewed while I watched chopping of onions and grinding of fresh coconut. Nothing was a problem! Meals, hot, fresh tasty, varied. Breakfast and dinner both excellent. Nice pool liked by the children. Pretty garden. Second time in Sri Lanka and I guess I won't make it again in this life. Hopefully my children and their children will return to stay with the Surveyor's crew.

Beautiful property with the most amazing views and garden. We had such a great time here... so much so we extended our stay AND are returning on our way back through Kandy. Host is so kind and looked after us well. We loved Benji his friendly fluffy dog! Highly recommend the Sri Lankan breakfast to start your day and tea and coffee on the balcony. The host also owns a lovely little salon close by so we we decided we would also get a head massage - again would highly recommend asking about this. The property is close to a shop and cafe banana chill is a short walk away. Perfect property and staff - thank you!

Located in Kandy, Mountbatten Bungalow- Thema Collection - Kandy welcomes guests with an outdoor swimming pool and a spacious sun terrace. We loved everything about this place. The location was perfect, in the hills with exceptional views but only a 10-15 minute tuk tuk ride from Kandy city. The food was exceptional, with breakfast served outside in the garden and dinner inside the old manor. The service is like no other. The best I have ever experienced. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious with all the amenities. We loved spending time in the infinity pool with the most magnificent views over the hills including the most beautiful gardens and birds. However, what made this place so special were the staff. Everyone (especially Chula) were so warm, welcoming and had the biggest genuine smiles on their faces. Nothing was too much for them, including arranging drivers, day tours and delivering coconuts after us spotting locals climbing coconut trees. Chamilla the driver took us on an amazing tour which included the botanical gardens, gem factory, dance show and to a dosa place in the city (Balaji Dosai - highly recommend). We had the best time and couldn’t recommend this place enough.

The breakfast was finominel as they had both Sri Lankan and continental. The property is beautiful and I specially loved the pool area. Great BBQ spot. Easy to get to from Kandy town and not hard to fet to. Totally recommend and I had one of the best experiences staying at this property. Thank you 😊

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Tea Heritage features accommodation with pool with a view and free WiFi. We stayed at Tea Heritage for our honeymoon, and it truly felt magical. The setting is incredibly picturesque, surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful views. Usually, hotels in Sri Lanka feel a bit outdated, but this property is brand new with a beautiful contemporary design. In Europe, a glass pavilion like this would easily cost a minimum of USD 2,000 per night — we feel so lucky to have found this gem for such a great price. The nature trail experience was unforgettable, with Jagath Nishantha and Vinoda doing a fantastic job explaining the flora, fauna, and history along the way. And the food — oh, the food! Dinushika’s mouthwatering dishes were the highlight of our stay; we loved every bite. The place is immaculate, spacious, and the huge swimming pool makes it even more special. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return.

Kandy Nest Stay Home is set in the City Centre district of Kandy, 1.9 km from Sri Dalada Maligawa, 4.6 km from Bogambara Stadium and 4.7 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall. Perfect place to stay! We were lucky to spend almost one week there. 2 comfortable bedrooms, private bathroom, and a saloon appreciable to read or playing cards. Well situated, can go easily in city center walking or by bus. All the family is really super kind, taking care and making all they can for that we feel like at home… and it works! We felt like at our parent’s home. We highly recommand and we never say enough MERCI!
