Everything was spot on and the host was very helpful, speaking English, were able to pay card which is always helpful.

We booked Tea Heritage after seeing how beautiful the property looked online and how reasonably priced it was, and it exceeded our expectations from the very beginning. Communication with the host was excellent even before we arrived. We had a few specific requests, especially around my partner’s dietary needs, and the host was more than happy to accommodate everything. They were flexible, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay exactly how we wanted it. The food was a major highlight. We were served delicious home-cooked meals with a great variety of dishes tailored to our preferences, even accommodating last-minute requests without any hesitation. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The property itself is spacious, private, and incredibly serene. It felt like a true escape into nature, surrounded by misty hills and peaceful views. We love outdoor experiences, and being offered a visit to a nearby organic farm was a wonderful bonus and one of the most memorable parts of our stay. We were also surprised with a candlelit dinner to celebrate our special occasion, which made our engagement even more magical. It was the perfect setting, and we genuinely could not have asked for a better place for such an important moment in our lives. A special mention to Palitha, who took great care of us throughout our stay, and to Dinu, the co-host and chef, who always made sure we were comfortable, well-fed, and well looked after, and not to Forget Thilina, the other co-host who was always available on the phone to coordinate everything. Their hospitality made a big difference. Amazing privacy, stunning views, a beautiful location, and heartfelt service. We absolutely loved our stay and are already looking forward to visiting again.

Sentralt i Kandy, 1,8 kilometer fra Kandy museum og 1,9 kilometer fra Sri Dalada Maligawa-tempelet, ligger Kandy Nest Stay Home. Perfect place to stay! We were lucky to spend almost one week there. 2 comfortable bedrooms, private bathroom, and a saloon appreciable to read or playing cards. Well situated, can go easily in city center walking or by bus. All the family is really super kind, taking care and making all they can for that we feel like at home… and it works! We felt like at our parent’s home. We highly recommand and we never say enough MERCI!

It was a very nice accommodation. There were large rooms with beautiful fresh air conditioning. There were several special places that could be visited on foot from the accommodation. This accommodation had a beautiful kitchen. There were all the ingredients to make tea. This villa had the ability to cook food. We also got clean drinking water. The washroom in this villa was a place where we could clean our minds. The water in the bathroom was also good. There was hot water in the bathroom. The Mahiyangana Rajamaha Viharaya was within walking distance. Since the Mahiyangana Sorabora Lake was located very close to this villa, we were able to take a bath. The owner of this villa was very humble and kind and provided us with all the facilities we needed with a smile. We had good security. We got the food we needed very deliciously. The past two days are a beautiful memory that will never be forgotten in life. We will come back to Rainbow Villa soon. Thank you for all the hospitality. We recommend Rainbow Villa as the best place to get accommodation in Mahayanganaya with confidence.
