The location is secluded and private except it is an area in expansion so there was some construction noise (more reason, if you need reason to spend the day at the BEAUTIFUL beach). *clearly not a forever issue. Cafe was provided and there is a working kitchen. We loved our terrace and dip pool- great nature and bird watching!

Such a great place! Located a few steps from the beach, close to the shuttle/bus stop and right at the main area of Zipolite. The room is very confortable and spacious. The best part was also the staff! They are very friendly and helpful - and the morning breakfast is different every day and always delicious!

Gran casa para amigos a 4 cuadras del Zocalo has a terrace and is set in Oaxaca City, within just less than 1 km of Oaxaca Cathedral and a 16-minute walk of Santo Domingo Temple. This a great place, at the quiet end of the beach Playa Zicatela (the north ednd if full of beach clubs). The pool was crystal clean, great for cooling off as the midday temps were quite warm (13-Nov). Steps from the breach for morning walks and evening sunsets.

Located in Tlachicón, just 43 km from Punta Cometa, Lu Iba provides beachfront accommodation with a private beach area, pool with a view, an open-air bath and free WiFi. The beach right outside is the best spot for “swimming”. On the weekends you will wake up to surfers in the waves. The pool is clean and all yours, the restaurant next door is delicious and everyone working there is very helpful even though our Spanish is very poor. The host is very responsive to all our needs. Such a beautiful view right from the coffee table and breakfast was great everyday.
