Such a great place! Located a few steps from the beach, close to the shuttle/bus stop and right at the main area of Zipolite. The room is very confortable and spacious. The best part was also the staff! They are very friendly and helpful - and the morning breakfast is different every day and always delicious!

Gran casa para amigos a 4 cuadras del Zocalo fica em Oaxaca de Juárez, no centro da cidade, e tem terraço. Ao se hospedar nesta casa de temporada, você terá acesso ao Wi-Fi grátis e a uma varanda. The space was great and perfect for our group and better than what we expected. The owner was very helpful when we locked ourselves out of one of the rooms (each room/door has its own key which made it perfect for our group to split up and come and go separately). We were not clear on the layout from the description in the ad but each floor has two bedrooms (one with bathroom attached and one with bathroom outside in the hall). The full kitchen was very nice to have and the roof top terrace was incredible, great views and nice furniture to relax in the mornings or after a long day of enjoying the city. Location was perfect - close to some great restaurants, small grocery store and large bakery (and a nice little bar - la Cueva). The weather was unusually cold for Oaxaca so we asked for a few heaters - brand new ones were delivered the next day. The apartment/space was perfect for us (6) and we will rent again on a return trip.

The beach right outside is the best spot for “swimming”. On the weekends you will wake up to surfers in the waves. The pool is clean and all yours, the restaurant next door is delicious and everyone working there is very helpful even though our Spanish is very poor. The host is very responsive to all our needs. Such a beautiful view right from the coffee table and breakfast was great everyday.
