Strong AC. Living room with giant big screen, AC is cooler than in bedrooms which was fine for me. Comprehensive kitchen with appliances. Nice bathroom and shower. Many local food vendors across the street on Timog Avenue. A pleasant 24 hour 7/11 convenience store across the street. Plenty of motorcycles and tricycle cabs to transport you to/from town early morning and late evening, which was fine and enjoyable for me. 50-100 pesos each way to downtown 10-15 minutes.
