Set amongst a super quiet village it’s the perfect spot to chill out and enjoy the shade. They,d just filled the small pool the day we arrived which was a welcome relief from the heat! Very friendly staff (fabio) who is super helpful, a small shared kitchen with all the basics, and a comfy mattress in the tent we stayed in. A great location with the town of Divaci nearby, Trieste a short drive away and the Skocjan caves within walking distance. Would recommend coming here!

We had a four-day stay at villa Zavino in August as part of a longer trip where we stayed in seven different places, and this was easily the most successful and enjoyable stay of the entire trip. The house is truly beautiful, with a tasteful, modern-rustic design. It's clear that no expense was spared, from the high-quality appliances and thoughtful lighting to the overall design and finishing touches. It even had a PlayStation, games, and a full-size snooker room, which were a huge plus. When we arrived, the fridge was stocked with food and treats as a welcome gift, which was an amazing and thoughtful touch. Communication with the host was excellent and very pleasant throughout our stay. We were genuinely sad to leave this place. We highly recommend it!

Apartament jest przestronny, świetnie wyposażony, nowoczesny i idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Czystość oceniam na 20/10 – wszystko było świeże, dokładnie wyszorowane, pachnące. Wyposażenie jest doskonałe – niczego tam nie brakuje: od odkurzacza bezprzewodowego, przez świetnie zaopatrzoną kuchnię (ekspres do kawy, nowe garnki i patelnie, blender, naczynia żaroodporne, pojemniki, przyprawy, oliwa, papier do pieczenia itp.). To naprawdę idealne miejsce dla rodzin, które planują gotować na miejscu. Okolica jest bardzo spokojna i urokliwa – doskonała baza wypadowa do Włoch, nad wybrzeże Adriatyku czy na wycieczki rowerowe. Właścicielka apartamentu jest niezwykle uprzejma i pomocna (ocena 20/10). Na miejscu otrzymaliśmy wiele przydatnych informacji o lokalnych atrakcjach, a dodatkowo czekało na nas pyszne wino i ciasto. To zdecydowanie najlepszy apartament, w jakim dotychczas nocowałem przez Booking. Na pewno wrócę tu za rok!

We had a truly wonderful stay in this beautfiul and cozy home, nestled in the peaceful countryside. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for unwinding and disconnecting. The house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. The wine fridge stocked with the local selection was an especially nice touch. A highlight of our stay was Riccardo’s homemade pinsa - absolutely delicious and not to be missed! Will be dreaming about this for a long time. Highly recommended!

I loved how private the property was, with a great view. The parking space was big, the host was nice and responsive, and the pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Plus, the kitchen had everything we needed and a huge TV for entertainment.
