I also liked the rustical vibe of the whole house, as well as the convenient location and the very kind and smiley staff. We had a four-day stay at villa Zavino in August as part of a longer trip where we stayed in seven different places, and this was easily the most successful and enjoyable stay of the entire trip. The house is truly beautiful, with a tasteful, modern-rustic design. It's clear that no expense was spared, from the high-quality appliances and thoughtful lighting to the overall design and finishing touches. It even had a PlayStation, games, and a full-size snooker room, which were a huge plus. When we arrived, the fridge was stocked with food and treats as a welcome gift, which was an amazing and thoughtful touch. Communication with the host was excellent and very pleasant throughout our stay. We were genuinely sad to leave this place. We highly recommend it!

The location is in a small village. It have parking lot. It is an old building, but the temperature was very nice inside even was summer. It is about 15 kilometers from Lipica Stud. The house is very good equipped, you find everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and nice, very helpful.

Apartament jest przestronny, świetnie wyposażony, nowoczesny i idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Czystość oceniam na 20/10 – wszystko było świeże, dokładnie wyszorowane, pachnące. Wyposażenie jest doskonałe – niczego tam nie brakuje: od odkurzacza bezprzewodowego, przez świetnie zaopatrzoną kuchnię (ekspres do kawy, nowe garnki i patelnie, blender, naczynia żaroodporne, pojemniki, przyprawy, oliwa, papier do pieczenia itp.). To naprawdę idealne miejsce dla rodzin, które planują gotować na miejscu. Okolica jest bardzo spokojna i urokliwa – doskonała baza wypadowa do Włoch, nad wybrzeże Adriatyku czy na wycieczki rowerowe. Właścicielka apartamentu jest niezwykle uprzejma i pomocna (ocena 20/10). Na miejscu otrzymaliśmy wiele przydatnych informacji o lokalnych atrakcjach, a dodatkowo czekało na nas pyszne wino i ciasto. To zdecydowanie najlepszy apartament, w jakim dotychczas nocowałem przez Booking. Na pewno wrócę tu za rok!

General without breakfast, but there was prepared a welcome packet with all the local specialities (ham, cheese, wine, eggs...) The hosts were really very hospitable. Nice bike paths - direction Sežana - Lipica or direction Komen. Near to sea coast => nice bike trip Koper – Izola - Piran

This was our third time there and we appreciated the apartment again: clean, large, space for us and our dogs, fully equipped, surrounded by the pleasant hills of Karst and super close to the beautiful Trieste.

Holiday House Oljka Kobdilj completely exceeded our expectations! We booked it for one night to attend a nearby wedding. But we wish we had booked it for a long weekend, or even a full week. The house is brand newly renovated with a very high spec. Outside area is just amazing, with a nice swimming pool, a nice garden, and a perfect lounge setup to chill under the sun or in the shade under a pergola. And the views are un-matched. All in all, it is even better in real life than what we expected from the pictures. We were almost late for the wedding, having fun around the swimming pool, while getting ready. Furthermore, host Ester went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated as best as possible. We flew in from London and had a severely delayed flight. Ester kept in touch throughout and made sure that our arrival was as painless as possible. We are really grateful to have met Ester and stayed in her house – we will definitely be back! By the way, as a cherry on top, you can buy quality Slovenian wine in the house at a very reasonable price ;)
