The place is fabulous, as is the hostess. Everything was comfortable, and extravagantly so. The multi-talented hostess prepared and served us an outstanding breakfast. Most importantly, she is a people person who takes great interest in her guests, and also a highly accomplished artist and restorer of antiques. She has fully restored the historic house into a villa which is lavishly furnished and decorated with her pastels and paintings as well as her restored antiques.

Tilava huone, hyvä suihku, hyvä aamiainen ja ystävällinen asiakaspalvelija, aivan uskomattoman upean vuoristomaiseman keskellä. Siinä oli ihan tavallinen maalaistalo ja vieressä hotellirakennus. Valitettavasti google maps ohjeisti meidät, tullessamme Rooman suunnasta, aivan hienolle, jyrkälle vuoristotielle, joka sitten muuttuikin ihan kamalaksi jyrkäksi, kiviseksi ja kuoppaiseksi " kinttupoluksi". Väistely-yrityksistä huolimatta ei voitu välttää kaikkia kiviä ja kuoppia ja auton pohja otti pariin otteeseen kiinni soraan. Tätä kesti n. 5 km. Pois pääsimme onneksi parempaa tietä. Eli Rooman suunnalta tullessa kannattaa ajaa Pistoiaan saakka ja antaa naville vasta sieltä ohjeet majoitukseen. Näkymät olivat kuitenkin ihan vaivan arvoiset.

I was warmly welcomed by Fabiola after having had an excellent pre-stay communication with Francesco. Their place is very well equipped and they thought about many practical details for the hosts to feel home. Breakfast was very good and almost complete. With fresh fruits, it would have been perfect. But I know it'a a personal taste. The price to quality ratio is excellent !
