It’s simply amazing! Such an old building with a soul, with an amazing view while having your morning coffee. The heart of the owner and his persistence created a one of a kind place. We felt welcomed and could relax and de-stress and we felt like not leaving this place, but unfoetunately it all comes to an end. Looking further to stay here on future occasions.

nice place giving directly on the lake with a little garden. yet it could be improved if there were some umbrellas to protect from the sun… the equipment was ok for me but perhaps more demanding people would like to have, for example, a toaster! but all in all, it’s a very nice apartment!

Perfect location, clean rooms, nice and helpful host, private parking space, nice and clean spa, sauna, jacuzzi, additionally available hair dryer, iron, oven, barbecue grill and many other things. We had a great time, I would definitely go back and would recommend this place without hesitation!

More secluded, however close to tourist locations by boat. Very relaxing and the apartment was modern, laid out well and had all the amenities needed. There were food and drink items upon arrival which was lovely. We were welcomed by Catarina who was very helpful and willing to go out of her way to make our stay so amazing. We thank her very much. We would certainly book again if we return to Como.

We loved the modern design and although the room we had was quite small they managed to include all those nice extras without it feeling cramped.
