Front desk staff was outstanding. They kindly arranged a surprise birthday cake for my daughter's birthday. The room exceeded our expectations by far, the size, display, view, quality. Everything you might need is there. Good swimming pool. Memorable experience in Chengdu.

Arthur's Roof-Top se află în centrul orașului Chengdu, la mai puțin de 1 km de Templul memorial Wuhou și la 2,5 km de Piaţa Tianfu, și pune la dispoziție unități de cazare cu WiFi gratuit, climatizare... Our apartment was on the second floor (note that there's no lift in the building) and had three bedrooms. It was clean and spacious and nice to stay in. There is also a washing machine and a dryer which made it convenient for us to do laundry. While there is no nearby walkable metro station, there are a number of food options and also a mall nearby. Arthur was a friendly host who not only gave us recommendations for food places, but also hosted us to a session of drinks and games (狼人杀) with his other friends at the rooftop garden bar. We were able to participate because we could speak Mandarin — I think our experience was enhanced by that.

The hotel staff was amazing. They were able to communicate in English with us foreigners and they were super polite and helpful. They also helped us with taxi bookings or locations wehere we wanted to go.
