There is a TV with several channels, netflix, prime and other apps. Heating and hot water were good, in particular in those cold and rainy days we spent in Reims. Parking was located in a private parking two blocks from the apartment; pretty safe. Sam always was available via booking or whatsapp to answer questions and his help was valuable.
