Hotel Garcas is located in the small town of Lavacolla, 6.2 mi from the center of Santiago de Compostela. It offers a traditional Galician restaurant with a covered terrace. A good hotel with a good restaurant and friendly staff. The only hotel within walking distance of the airport (about a mile from the hotel to terminal). Of course taxis or buses are available also. I did walk, there is a path the last 1/2 mile that takes you to the baggage level. Up one level and you are at ticketing/departures. A nice airport BTW.

Located 6.2 mi from Santiago de Compostela, this hotel is located along the famous pilgrimage route and there is a playground for the kids in the hotels garden. The hotel is beautiful, the costumer service is really good, the food is amazing.

The staff are excellent and helpful....and uts anazing the price includes a generous and decent breakfast. There was no noise from the airport. I was super pleaeed with this accomodation and highly reccomebd it.
